The Spirit King

Frank was a much loved and popular employee during his many years at ein-stein. He stopped working here this past spring. He will be missed terribly and are taking time to grieve the loss of someone that lifted spirits every possible way.

We live on this wonderful plane of existence. Some people are along for the ride and others make it worth while.

BOTW: MANIACAL HOPSHOP IPA

This brand spanking new unfiltered IPA pours a burnt gold that wears it’s white cap brilliantly. Forget the smell for a second and bask in the beauty of this IPA! Yet, when you get your nose into the glass in front of you, notes of zested lemon, fresh papaya, and some lighter notes of elderberries hit you in the face, then the pine comes along and takes over. The body is medium to medium light with a soft carbonation that allows the flavours of the Equinox hop to shine through. Tropical fruits (papaya, kiwi) and lots of resiny goodness. Sweet up front, then juicy, leading to a pleasant bitterness and a very dry finish.

The Story
“Some folks think we make too many hoppy beers.

Maybe they’re right?

Oh well.”
